At our salon, we regularly hold various training sessions to share techniques and knowledge among all staff members.

Today, Naris, the manager of Cozy branch, led a session for our assistants, teaching the basics of hand blow-drying as well as explaining the out-bath treatments we use in the salon.

Both those who teach and those who learn grow day by day, gaining valuable experience along the way. We always aim to incorporate new ideas and continue improving the quality of our work.

Seeing everyone work hard motivates and inspires me as well.
